Agency report  Delta Governor assures NYSC members of safety, welfare Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta has assured members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) that the State Government would remain fully committed to their safety, welfare and throughout their service year. Oborevwori gave the assurance on Tuesday at the Closing Ceremony of the 2026 Batch ‘A’ Stream 1 Orientation Course held at the NYSC Orientation Camp, Issele-Uku. The governor, represented by the State Commissioner for Youth Development, Mr Harry Trakirowei, pledged to continue supporting the NYSC through appropriate interventions and resources. He urged corps members to seize every opportunity to learn, innovate and contribute meaningfully to society.
